Omnichannel Design
"Omnichannel Design and its applications in Service Design: a case study on the Tram Bologna project". This work explores the potential of omnichannel design applied to public transport, proposing a cohesive visual and interactive system for the new Bologna Tramway. By designing each and every touchpoint of the service (both physical and digital), the project aims to make the city's mobility environment more accessible, engaging, and user-centric. Beyond the digital content, the thesis itself has been treated as a rigorous editorial project. Through careful attention to typography, layout, and physical media, the book is designed to present the research with maximum clarity and aesthetic impact. The thesis was discussed in October 2025, and later presented to a wider audience at Università di Bologna the 5th of March 2026.
